Our goal is to work with you, personally, to negotiate the terms of this rental. While other AirBnBs or VRBO properties in our area with similar amentities rent for $300-$400 per night, we have settled on $1500 per week rent during the summer, plus $150 cleaning fee when you leave. If you'd like to stay for the entire month, we will offer a reduced rate. 

 

We're open to pets, but have learned that we must ask for a small fee to accommodate for damages that can inadvertently happen when a pet stays. $100 should cover whatever, with an honor system for anything really unspeakable that might take place!

Spring weekends (such as graduation or reunion weekend) go for $800. (it's so much work for us, yet still cheaper than a hotel and much more comfortable!)

WHY? Why make it cheap? 

​

Because we want to offer you something you otherwise might not get. We want to email with you, text you, talk to you, and know who you are. And you'll know who we are, too: while the house will be immaculately prepared for you, with all of our personal items removed, there will still be photos on the wall, and you'll be invited to share our toys, books, and games. We are not advertising to the public, only within circles we feel comfortable. We trust that if you break something, you'll replace it. We trust you'll take good care of our home, because we're loaning it to you. And we also KNOW you'll love it here.

When is it available, and how do I rent it?

Our home will be available for the following blocks of time this summer. Starting day arrival time is 3pm, and last day departure time is 11 am.
